Recouperation Time Fail...

13th June 2016
I had these great plans for this last few weeks... no work, time to sit at the computer and work through the massive backlog of photographs to see what else there was that was good. Get some entries in for Landscape Photographer of the Year... that was on the list too I seem to remember, as was uploading a load of new pictures to my website, Alamy and Getty.

Guess how much got done?

Go on, guess....?

Yep, nothing. Nada. Not a sausage!

Recuperation has been a lot slower, a lot more painful and a lot more debilitating than I had expected.

So, what next then?

Well - I have something on exciting tomorrow, and if my ankle holds up the next few days too. I don't know how many photography opportunities I will get along the way - hopefully a few! I have scheduled myself to go back to work a week on Friday and will begin the slow build up from there. I am also hoping to start turning myself around in terms of health and wellbeing too and intend to kick that off around the same time or the start of the following week if the ankle is holding up.

If all goes to plan I should start getting back out and about soon - and able to edit properly to boot!

Onwards and upwards!
