The Plan.

05th June 2015
This weekend I am going to get my stuff together - my running kit that is - and try to find 3 - 4 times a week where I can get a 20 minute HITT session in. High Intensity Training is supposed to bring about impressive results, and I know I am able to push myself upto and beyond breaking point so I should be able to manage it without needing someone to shout at me!

4 weeks takes us just beyond the end of the month so that seems a good run to get my initial impressions of the technique and see if I want to continue or build on it. I love an experiment, and as a normal person with no axe to grind and nothing to sell I think this could be interesting to others as well - so watch this space!

There are some dietary changes that I am going to try alongside the HITT, and hopefully a few other non-HITT sessions I will get in each week to generally up the activity levels.

A company of some renown is suggesting that 4 weeks makes a large impact, and offer a 15 week program which is supposed to revolutionise ones body. It will be interesting to see whether these claims stack up, even without their (virtual) personal trainer on hand.

Meanwhile the photo a day project will continue, other projects are onhold just now whilst other things fall into place, and really the "green" seasons are not my forte in the Lakes anyway! The region looks better in the Autumn and Winter into the middle part of Spring. Once it gets too verdant it looses it's drama (although there may be some occasional opportunities that come along.
